If you are using a lender to purchase your home, you would need to get a pre-qualified letter from them to see what your purchase budget is. We recommend speaking to your Loan officer in regards to this. We also work with handful of loan officers in the area that would be happy to answer your financial questions.

We would like to walk the homes with you, and once you pick your dream home, we get started on the contract with the seller. Closing on the property usually takes 14-30 days.
