What if my seller needs a leaseback option?
We usually give 30-day lease backs. But if your client needs additional time, we can provide that as well.
What if my seller needs to clear title, is this property one you will still be interested in?
Yes, We are interested in any property that you are wanting to sell.
What happens if the home is in total disrepair?
If the property is in total disrepair, we would still be interested in purchasing it. We would demo the entire house, and rebuild it.
How long after I contact you will your team look at my property for evaluation?
If the property is in the DFW Metroplex, We are able to do a site visit within 24 hours.
What’s the typical timeline from start to finish for this process?
We send it our offer within 3 hours, do a site visit, and try to close on the property within 14 days, if title is clear.
